Job Duties

• Design Tailored Treatment Approaches : Assess individual needs and create personalized therapy plans to help patients meet their functional aspirations
• Implement Effective Therapy Techniques : Apply research-supported interventions to boost patient motor function, cognitive skills, and everyday activities
• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams : Work in close partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded patient care
• Guide Patients and Family Members : Educate individuals and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques to foster ongoing success in daily tasks
• Track and Record Progress : Monitor outcomes and modify treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the right track
