This position is full-time, but the schedule will vary depending on the needs of the restaurant.
You will play a crucial role in implementing our Craft Training program, ensuring that all restaurant hourly employees receive proper training to enhance our unit operations and provide an exceptional guest experience. Executing annual financial objectives, local restaurant marketing strategies, and guest service initiatives will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will have the chance to manage the restaurant floor, maintaining regular contact with guests and handling any complaints in a professional and timely manner. Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations is essential to maintain the high standards set for our establishment. Recruitment, training, and employee retention will also fall within your purview as the Restaurant General Manager. By conducting ongoing coaching, administering the restaurant hourly compensation plan, and ensuring performance appraisals are carried out, you will contribute to the growth and development of our team members.
Keeping a close eye on food quality, presentation, and adherence to standard ticket times will be crucial to meeting our guests' expectations. Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies in a timely manner, and properly maintaining equipment and premises are additional responsibilities that you will oversee. Upholding sanitation and security practices as defined by our standard operating procedures is a priority, as is implementing national and local marketing promotions to drive business growth.
