Key Responsibilities

Engage in B2B collections and debt recovery efforts

Handle various types of collections including 1st party, 3rd party, and small to mid balance accounts

Collaborate with team members to achieve collection goals and improve processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Entry-level position; no prior experience required

Ability to work remotely in a full-time capacity

Basic understanding of debt recovery processes is a plus

Willingness to learn and adapt to company practices

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
