A company is looking for a Construction Project Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Manage budgets and monthly reporting for multiple concurrent projects

Forecast project cash flows and produce earned value reporting

Create and enhance tools for workflow automation and reporting efficiency

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Project Controls or project budget management

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field

Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets

Experience managing multiple project budgets simultaneously

Ability to translate complex financial data into presentations
