Key Responsibilities

Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts

Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Access to high-speed internet with specific requirements

FDCPA knowledge preferred

Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills

Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
