A company is looking for a Divisional Lead to join its Business Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate divisional initiatives requiring operational services and resources

Act as a strategic advisor to align divisional initiatives with enterprise objectives

Monitor performance metrics and promote a culture of transparency and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with enterprise-level clients

Proven leadership skills with experience in strategy and standards setting

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

Expertise in developing strategic plans, roadmaps, and prioritizing initiatives

Experience in executing RFI and RFP procedures for project solutions
