Direct Counsel is currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated Real Estate Finance Attorney to join a top firm in their Real Estate Finance Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate finance law, exceptional writing and communication skills, and a strong academic background. This role offers immediate client interaction and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of their national real estate finance practice.

Responsibilities :

• Handle diverse real estate finance transactions from inception through closing and post-closing, including secondary market repurchase facility work and other exit strategies.
• Originate loans for large structured commercial real estate finance transactions, including mezzanine loans and preferred equity.
• Manage asset management and workout matters as needed.
