Ediscovery Program Manager

- Notifying the government of schedule changes, work assignments, and coverage

- Ensuring daily time entry is recorded by all contract staff
- Coordinating administrative activities associated with the arrival of new contract staff
- Mentoring and assisting new team members to perform daily tasks
- Addressing performance or personnel issues that arise within the contracted staff
- Managing client expectations and deliverables
- Initiating process improvement initiatives
- Facilitating communication, planning, recommendations, and resource management across internal and external stakeholders
- Providing technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise
- Supporting the full life cycle management of the resources assigned to the program and contract
- Participating in teleconferences or meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives
- Assisting in managing the legal clerical mailbox and tasks
- Developing and tracking clerical and IT project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Assisting with providing information sought by client that are relevant to support change requests and contract modifications
- Overseeing and monitoring all scheduled system maintenances in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Reviewing system and application logs and related reports to verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
- Reviewing and reporting technical assessments to include required tasks, estimated time frames, and effort for any scope project
- Overseeing and monitoring Veritas eDiscovery version 10 or industry recognized review platform processes
- Overseeing and monitoring the system administration of Microsoft Exchange - 2019 and 2022
- Overseeing and monitoring the administration and support of Microsoft Windows server 2016/2019/2022 in a large physical and virtual infrastructure
- Overseeing and monitoring the performance of DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP compliant directories
- Overseeing and monitoring Discovery's IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure/Amazon AWS), and network architecture
- Complying with contract terms and conditions
- Working collaboratively with the COR to define and execute all reports and other deliverables
- Ensuring operational coverage for all critical areas to meet 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365-day requirements and priorities as identified by OGC Leadership
- Formulating and enforcing work standards; assigning contractor schedules
- Presenting and communicating instructions, and in writing reports or documents that convey the findings/results of analysis to non-technical audiences
- Working collaboratively with the COR and OGC Government Leads to define and execute all reports and other deliverables
- Providing the Task Lead(s) and COR with cost and staffing estimates relative to the completion of existing tasks, as well as the possible addition of future
- Planning, organizing, directing and supporting all activities identified in the contract
- Ensuring conformance with RFQ schedules and costs
- Monitoring employee performance and productivity
- Developing and implementing training programs and remedial actions as necessary
- Reviewing work discrepancies
- Preparing, reviewing and submitting required reports and communicating policies, purpose and goals of the organization to subordinates
- Being responsible for the overall RFQ performance and quality assurance
- Providing timekeeping and invoicing for labor hours, travel and ODCs, if any
- Ensuring that program/project schedule, performance and deliverables are met
- Maintaining a qualified and certified, as appropriate, contractor work force to meet the government's needs under this RFQ
- Providing direct supervision, program control, scheduling and management of the contractor personnel consistent with priorities and assignments by the OGC program
- Developing and implementing training programs and remedial actions as necessary
- Assisting in all project management task performance
- Preparing, reviewing and submitting required reports and communicating policies, purpose and goals of the organization to subordinates
- Resolving problems, issues or conflicts, as required
- Prioritizing tasks and assignments to contractor work force based on government's direction and best practices
