Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Change Management Integration Consultant to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the plans for how to support users as new functionality or system changes in the electronic health record (EHR) are rolled out. As a member of the change management team you will also create change management collateral. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Oracle Health EHR, change management best practices, and strong project management skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teamsboth internal stakeholders and client partnersso strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Top skills or competencies to be successful :

• Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci).
• Strong project management skills (e.g. PMP).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
• Are self-starter, confident and driven with strong organizational skills.
• Have a proven ability to work with uncertainty, navigate ambiguous situations and solve complex problems.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development, showing a willingness to take on new challenges, and aspiring to contribute significantly to the organization's growth and success.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
