Program Manager II, AmazonMusic, Marketing Operations

We're hiring a Program Manager II to join the Amazon Music Marketing Growth & Tech team. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and business leaders to identify and drive marketing automation projects, while also leveraging Martech tools and 3P solutions to deliver the best digital marketing solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for assessing risks, anticipating bottlenecks, making tradeoffs, and balancing the needs of the business. As the face to key stakeholders across Amazon Music, you will demonstrate progress and surface risks early, and drive results. Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program management for strategic marketing and growth initiatives

Drive initiatives and product development that aligns with business objectives and customer needs

Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans

Present progress updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Champion process improvements and operational efficiency

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, marketing, design, and content teams

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience

3+ years of working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams experience

3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

Bachelor's degree

Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
