Essential Duties Include, but Not Limited To :

• Support the sales department in selling and delivering cars
• Organize the vehicles in the showroom and storage lots / maintain cleanliness
• Stock in of new and used vehicles. This includes all the paperwork, inventorying, and gassing of cars
• Work weekends
• Get cars ready for delivery when sold - gas and assisting detail department with sticker removal (if detail is not here, detail car)
• Drive new / used cars through the car wash when the unit is sold assisting detail department on a busy day
• Deliver cars to customers, if necessary
• Shuttle cars if needed
• Maintain the battery charging process and battery charging log to properly ensure batteries are always charged
• Maintain decals on used cars, buyer's guides / not for sale tags on cars and current sale tags in cars
• Make key tags for vehicles
• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, move units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Assist with shop clean-up and deliveries when needed
• Perform new car dealer trades as requested
• Will help clean and sanitize dealership as needed to ensure the health and safety of everyone
• Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion
• Tag and receive new vehicles from factory
• Help and attend to tow trucks dropping off cars after service hours
• Perform other duties given by supervisor and managers as needed
