Position Overview

Orangetheory Fitness Kallison Ranch is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. We are located at 15489 Culebra Rd, San Antonio TX 78253 (Culebra & 211)

• Compensation: Staring pay of $40 to $75 per session (Hour). If you're a Current High Performing coach with OTF we guarantee to exceed your current income

• PLEASE NOTE - You MUST have a current Personal Training Certificate or, have graduated from College in the last 2 years with Fitness related degree. The Personal Training Certificate must be NCCA certified (proctored exam) or the ability and willingness to take the proctored exam.
• All candidates must participate in and successfully complete the paid 1 week training.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren't
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) o
• We're looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
