SCHEDULE : PRN / Casual On-Call; must commit to working at least 36 hours / month

RATE : $18.50 / hour ($17.00 / hour base rate + $1.50 / hour for any cases picked up in Howard County)

JOB SUMMARY :

The Certified Nursing assistant is a member of the home support team who is primarily responsible for providing personal care services as well as various basic non-nursing / non-medical care activities for the patient. These activities are performed in accordance with a written assignment and under the supervision of a registered nurse.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• Successful completion of a nursing aide training program
• Requires active, valid CNA License certification with the Maryland State Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification from either American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• 6 months experience as a CNA preferred

Salary Range : Minimum 17.00 / hour - Maximum 17.00 / hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
