Job Summary :
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Acquisition Manager to our Organization. This pivotal role is integral to the strategic acquisition and management of data assets, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive the development of innovative data purchasing strategies and policies.
Job Responsibilities :
Oversee the acquisition and management of data assets for our client's U.S. Commercial Organization.Lead the Data Acquisition Operating team to manage data assets effectively.Develop data purchasing strategies and policies in collaboration with senior leadership.Maintain and update the U.S. Commercial Data repository for easy data access and leverage.Advise stakeholders on data assets for analysis and insight generation.Collaborate with the Data Integration team to ensure data availability across systems.Skills Required :
Strong background in pharmaceutical data sources, including sales, customer, and claims data.Excellent communication and project management skills.Ability to influence without authority and work cross-functionally.Experience in data analysis and best practices in the pharmaceutical industry.Proven critical thinking and independent working skills.Familiarity with MetaData Rave is essential.Basic Qualifications :
Doctorate degree with 2+ years of data management experience, orMaster’s degree with 6+ years of data management experience, orBachelor’s degree with 8+ years of data management experience, orAssociate's degree with 10+ years of data management experience, orHigh school diploma / GED with 12+ years of data management experience.About SSi People :
