Experience with SSIS and Azure Data Factory Familiarity with programmatic data analysis tools (., Python, R) is a plus. Experience with relational database design and development a plus, Oracle and SQL Server ideal. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field 5-10 years of experience
Overview
We are seeking a Data Warehouse Manager to join our Raleigh, NC team to develop scalable data warehouse solutions, integrate new systems with existing infrastructure, and align data solutions with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have the ability to analyze business requirements, see the "bigger picture" of data needs, and develop strategic plans for data management. The role requires adaptability to evolving technologies and business requirements. Strong collaboration skills and a strategic mindset are essential.
Responsibilities
- Create and optimize data models and structures for the warehouse to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Implement and manage Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes to move data from various sources into the warehouse.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within the warehouse, establishing policies and auditing regularly.
- Monitor and optimize database and system performance, troubleshooting issues to ensure efficiency.
- Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
