Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring timely payment of invoices.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a designated portfolio of East Coast client accounts

Proactively monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments

Document collection activities and resolve billing disputes in collaboration with other teams

Required Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred

2+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit management preferred

Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of commercial accounts

Working knowledge of accounts receivable processes and ERP systems

Experience with Microsoft Excel and AR software preferred
