Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to join our team. Whether you are a certified professional caregiver or a family member seeking certification and compensation for providing care, Stand Out Home Care offers comprehensive support, training, and flexible work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support clients with daily living activities and mobility assistance
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping duties
Provide companionship and emotional support
Administer medication reminders and monitor client well-being
Maintain clear and timely communication with family members and care coordinators
Qualifications:
CHHA or DCW certification preferred; family caregivers encouraged to pursue certification with our assistance
Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
Ability to pass a background check and provide valid identification
Minimum age of 18 years; legal eligibility to work in the United States
