This role is responsible for leading the company's technology services while providing strategic support to the office of the CIO (OCIO). The VP of technology services will oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency. This role will assist the CIO in managing priorities, projects, and communication within the IT department and across the organization. This role is also directing overall prioritization and project management of all our key technology efforts including Change Management and significant Vendor Management. This role is also accountable for the creation and implementation of technology governance including the strategic roadmap and scorecard.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor the comprehensive technology governance framework that aligns with the company's strategic goals. Ensure that technology investments and initiatives are aligned with business objectives and deliver value to the organization.
• Lead the development and implementation of technology governance metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor compliance and performance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technology governance practices are integrated into business processes.
• Ensures that our vendor partners are delivering their services in line with agreed SLAs.
• Accountable for PMO Mgmt. for all IT projects, Change Management and Service Introduction
• Keeps abreast of emerging trends and technologies
• Leads, motivates and creates a high performing Technology Services team through providing direction, coaching and staff development.

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. The target annual bonus for this role is 35% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
