We are seeking a Private Wealth Associate Advisor to join our growing team. The advisors will work closely with senior advisors to support all aspects of the client relationship, including portfolio management, investment research, financial planning, and business development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, entrepreneurial, and passionate about helping clients achieve long-term financial goals.

Job functions and duties will include :

  • Assist advisors in developing and implementing customized investment strategies and financial plans.
  • Conduct portfolio analysis, performance reporting, and ongoing monitoring of client investments.
  • Prepare meeting materials, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Perform research on investment managers, market trends, and economic developments.
  • Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to execute trades, transfers, and account updates.
  • Contribute to process improvement, data integrity, and overall operational efficiency within the firm.
  • Regular travel is expected.

We are looking for one person and will be highly selective. Desired qualifications include :

  • Strong educational background; bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field preferred
  • Diverse skills (business, technical, communication, legal aptitude)
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task
  • Strong written and oral communication and quantitative skills
  • Understands family dynamics and communicate solutions facilitating family unity
  • Hardworking with good attitude; Self-starter
  • Strong MS Excel / Word knowledge and practical experience
  • FINRA licenses preferred : Series 65 or 66, SIE , Series 7
  • Optional / preferred designations : CFP® (Certified Financial Planner™)
