Prestige Care Center of Nebraska City is seeking a dynamic and experienced  Director of Rehabilitation (DOR)  to lead our in-house therapy department. Our 64-bed skilled nursing facility is dedicated to providing exceptional short-term and long-term care through personalized treatment programs designed to restore strength, mobility, and independence. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage an interdisciplinary rehab team including PT, OT, and SLP professionals.
• Oversee clinical operations and ensure therapy services are delivered in compliance with state, federal, and company standards.
• Support and participate in patient care by providing evaluations and treatments as needed.
• Coordinate care planning with nursing and medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor department performance, including productivity, quality metrics, and clinical documentation.
• Promote an engaging and collaborative work environment built on respect, communication, and professional growth.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation.
• Participate in census development and maintain strong relationships with referral sources.
