Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Production Manager to support and enhance manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with the ability to plan, schedule, and oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. This position requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for continuous improvement and team development.

Location : Prospect Heights, IL

Schedule : 1st Shift

Pay Rate : $80,000-$95,000

Duties :

Plan, organize, and manage daily production schedules to meet output goals and delivery timelines.

Monitor and evaluate production performance to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production flow and alignment with company goals.

Enforce and maintain quality control standards to ensure product consistency and compliance.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production challenges efficiently.

Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in production or manufacturing management.

Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative approach.

Proficiency with production management systems and tools.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
