Regional Sales Manager
This position is responsible for regional sales of investment products and services. Manages a team of associates and monitors performance while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Develops sales and marketing strategies that increase production and revenue. Coaches associates on client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction in partnership with support and service teams. Provides leadership and personal oversight to the development of centers of influence, community partnership, and other sales outreach efforts.

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Securities Sales, including Sales management OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Securities Sales, including Sales management
License or Certification Type : Possess valid Series 7, 63, 65 or 66, 24 or 9 / 10 and state-specific life and health insurance licenses Required
