We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Mechanic to join our team in Sugar Creek, MO. As a Lead Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment used in our landfill operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our site.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on a variety of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, compactors, and more.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
