BS and / or PharmD Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacist by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy with license in good standing Must have Retail Pharmacy experience Preceptor by the State Board of Pharmacy only required for Pharmacy Managers Excellent problem solving & management skills Basic accounting & computer skills Excellent oral & written communication skills Ability to bend, squat, lift, climb, stand & walk for 8-12 hr. shift Ability to function as a team member and work well with others Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, & attitude
