Job Description :

  • Develop and execute the company's long-term strategy to drive growth and profitability
  • Provide inspirational leadership to the executive team and cultivate a high-performance culture throughout the organization
  • Oversee all company operations, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence across all departments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Analyze financial data and market trends to make informed decisions and mitigate risks
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media interactions
  • Foster innovation and drive digital transformation initiatives to maintain a competitive edge
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum 10 years in senior leadership roles within iGaming, betting, or related industries, with at least 5 years in the Indonesian and Thailand markets
  • Expertise : Proven ability to navigate the complex regulatory landscape in Indonesia, ensuring full compliance with local laws and international standards
  • Leadership : Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and grow a high-performing, diverse team
  • Strategic Mindset : Experience in developing and executing strategic plans, driving profitability, and scaling operations in competitive digital environments
  • Financial Acumen : Strong understanding of P&L management, financial planning, and revenue growth strategies
  • Language Skills : Fluent in English, knowledge of Asian languages is a plus
  • Values-Driven : Demonstrated ability to embody Ownership by taking full responsibility for country corporate strategy formation and execution, as well as Initiative by identifying new business models and leading innovative projects
