DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES :
Essential duties & job functions would include but are not limited to :
Develop and maintain procedures for the warehouse, using basic logistics principles.
Maintain database of items on hand.
Maintain List of Materials (LOM) with upper and lower stock limits
Verify joint inventories and audit DD Form 250.
Provide for inbound and outbound shipments
Submit custom clearance documentation on all shipments.
Coordinate cargo shipments between CONUS and USAG-HI
Ensure weekly, monthly, and semi-annual inventory on all Property Book items.
Provide oversight to ensure accurate inventory
Ensure proper vehicle maintenance is being performed on all NEC vehicles
Audit vehicle logs and report corrective actions require
Maintain a software and hardware database containing make, model number or version number, serial number, purchase date, contract and contract number, purchase price, renewal date, license data, warranty data, and period of performance for all NEC assets
Conduct lateral movement of materials and equipment where necessary
Procure, deliver, and account for all the necessary project equipment and materials
Maintain a safe work environment.
Mindful to meet deadlines.
Other duties as assigned.
