In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with community referral sources and health plan partners to drive leads, referrals, and admissions. You will conduct regular outreach visits, develop strategies to meet revenue goals, and promote equitable access to non-medical caregiving services for underserved populations, embodying the company's core values and culture. Candidates must successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and maintain a clean driving record, as this is a requirement of the role.
