Key Responsibilities
Prepares and reviews LIHTC cost certification workpapers for new construction and rehabilitation projects
Reconciles development budgets, construction draws, and final job-cost ledgers
Coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate cost categorization and documentation completeness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
1-3 years of experience in accounting, audit, or project accounting
Proficiency in Excel, including structured accounting schedules
Experience with construction accounting or real estate development accounting
Familiarity with LIHTC program mechanics or cost certification processes
