A company is looking for an Encompass System Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to Encompass users via phone, email, and remote desktop
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Encompass loan origination system
Assist with the configuration and customization of Encompass settings to meet user needs
Required Qualifications
Two years recent experience in loan origination system support experience preferred
Previous Mortgage industry experience preferred
Experience with Ellie Mae Encompass LOS preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Previous system support experience preferred
