AccordCare, an ACHC accredited agency, is seeking experienced Home Care Liaisons to join our sales team in Broward County.
As a Private Duty Home Care Sales Liaison, you will
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and influencers
Develop a network of repeat home care referrals to meet monthly admission goals
Manage and grow active relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and other key stakeholders
Implement marketing and sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in healthcare sales, enjoys a collaborative and dynamic work environment, and is motivated to drive results.
Active book of business
Strong community and professional contacts within the geographic market
Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales experience, with knowledge of healthcare partners and the industry
Understanding of sales techniques and the ability to develop strategies to achieve sales quotas
Basic knowledge of physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, case management, and discharge planning services
Ability to regularly travel within the assigned territory and attend sales meetings
