Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Excellent troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in a similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred. Prior experience in programming and operating robotic systems. Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical system installations. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in robotics.
Mechatronics & Robotics Technician
Location : Fort Myers FL
Pay Rate : $20-25 / hour based upon experience
Job Responsibilities :
- Design develop and maintain automated systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement robotics solutions to streamline workflows in various processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to innovate and improve mechatronic systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on robotics and mechatronics systems.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance on robotic systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Document technical reports and maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
- Train and mentor junior technicians in mechatronics and robotics applications.
- Coordinate with vendors to procure materials and equipment necessary for projects.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
