Harmoniq Residential is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to support a fast-paced lease up at The Apiary a vibrant residential community in West Allis. This modern community is designed with thoughtful architecture strong pedestrian connectivity and an elevated resident experience. The Apiary offers a wide range of indoor amenities including a clubhouse a state-of-the-art fitness center a sports lounge with a golf simulator and a rooftop deck. What Youll Do:

• Showcase The Apiarys layouts highlighting modern indoor and outdoor amenities
• Monitor local rental trends and competitors to position The Apiary as a premier living destinations
• Assist with marketing campaigns update online listings contribute to social media and help coordinate resident events that foster community
• Accurately process applications and leasing paperwork while ensuring prompt clear communication with prospects and residents alike
• Be a go-to resource for current residents offering support solving problems and helping maintain a welcoming responsive living environment
• Welcome every prospective resident with warmth professionalism and genuine interest in their needs

• 1 years of experience in leasing (preferred) sales or administration required
• A passion for helping people find a place they love to live
• Excellent communication skills in person by phone and digitally
• Experience with social media platforms
• Detail-oriented organized and tech savvy with modern leasing systems
• Positive energetic and team-focused with a desire to grow in property management
