Manage a team to maintain software products across multiple development teams. Coordinate effective deployment of software feature updates, improves deployment automation and efficiency and contributes to improved documentation and procedural guidance. Guide response to incidents to direct efforts to minimize internal and external customer impact. Support a 24 / 7 on-call manager rotation and be able to respond to cloud network operation center within prescribed SLA. Responsibilities

Required Qualifications :

• Must possess and maintain an active TS / SCI with Polygraph Government Security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in computer related field, or 1-3 years' work experience.
• 1-4 Years experience with Linux, cloud infrastructure support and server administration.
• 1-4 Years experience with managing secured services across distributed systems and geographies.
• Customer obsession, passion for delighting customers.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains and then train others.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of cloud concepts, platforms, and distributed systems.
• 1-4 years leading a team in a technical field, especially supporting 24 / 7 operation schedules.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
