Our client, a well-respected law firm in Coral Gables, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to contribute to a growing practice and work on complex commercial and real estate litigation matters in a collaborative and professional environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 + years of commercial litigation and / or real estate litigation experience.
• Proven experience in courtroom appearances and taking depositions .
• Exceptional legal writing , research , and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with written discovery processes .
• Ability to work independently and handle cases with minimal supervision.
• Flexible, team-oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude .
• Strong self-motivation and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Billable hours requirement : 1800 annually.
• Schedule : In-office (not hybrid).
