Job Description Are you a supply chain-savvy problem solver who takes pride in accuracy, responsiveness, and delivering exceptional service? As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting both internal teams and external customers throughout the full order-to-cash process.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to the details, and approaches every challenge with a solutions-first mindset.
You’ll ensure orders flow smoothly, troubleshoot issues before they impact the customer, and build strong relationships that support our long-term business success.
Please Note : This role is primarily office-based.
After 90 days, you’ll have the opportunity to work from home up to 1-2 days per week.
