Responsibilities :

• Manage incoming / outgoing calls providing exceptional customer service to internal departments customers and restaurants.
• Receive and handle customer concerns providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within company standards and policies to ensure timely resolution.
• Receive process and enter orders into the company ordering system.
• Review and proof all orders for accuracy.
• Assist with order pick-ups for from wholesale and retail clients.
• Print invoices maintain records and assist with requests from the Operations Teams.
• Provide delivery updates to wholesale and retail clients.
• Follow communication procedures guidelines and all company policies.

This is a part-time position based out of the San Francisco location.

The work schedule for this position is 4 days per week :

Compensation and Benefits :

The pay scale for this position is $22.50 $31.25 per hour . Employee benefits are available for all qualifying employees including paid time off medical vision and dental addition employees receive fresh seafood products and company merchandise at cost plus 10%.
