Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Product Designer - Fintech - this is a remote position for candidates based in the EST timezone. Salary range : 130-180K USD yearly plus benefits.

We're building a platform that is setting the standard for how regulated blockchain applications enforce transaction rules at the smart contract layer. We empower teams to create modular and programable policies—such as AML / CFT checks and offchain collateral requirements—that are verified before transactions execute onchain. Our solution ensures these policies are securely enforced with cryptographic guarantees, providing robust risk management tailored to real-world customer needs.

The role

As a Product Designer, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end user experience of our primary applications. You will deeply understand customer needs, usage patterns, and pain points, translating these insights into intuitive and impactful designs. Your designs will guide our engineering team in building user-centric, high-quality applications. This is a highly collaborative role where your decisions directly impact how customers interact with us.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end user experience design process for our applications.

Create high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate designs effectively.

Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure design concepts are effectively implemented.

Continuously iterate based on feedback, usage analytics, and market trends.
