A company is looking for a Full-Time Administrative Coordinator - Street Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain clinical and outreach schedules, coordinating calendars for team members

Facilitate onboarding for new staff and track completion of required documentation

Monitor consult requests, track patient volume, and maintain financial records and metrics

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in administration, healthcare, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools

Experience in a healthcare or academic setting is preferred

Familiarity with healthcare systems and a commitment to health equity
