Job Description

• Manage client billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Monitor and improve account management procedures for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies in all account-related activities.
• Prepare and present reports on client account performance to stakeholders.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

• Proven experience in client account management within professional services or the legal industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and billing systems.
