SQL Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Database Developer / BI Specialist with a strong background in MS SQL Server database design, complex query development, and business intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in database engineering and reporting solutions, with exposure to financial services—particularly advisory products.

• Database design and optimization : Architect, design, and maintain MS SQL Server databases ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Stored procedures and queries : Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex T-SQL and PL / SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Reporting solutions : Design and deliver reports using MS Reporting Services and Power BI to support business decision-making.
• ETL processes : Build and manage ETL workflows using MS SSIS for data integration across multiple systems.
• Job scheduling and automation : Implement and manage enterprise scheduling solutions using Broadcom AutoSys.
• File transfer management : Configure and support IBM Connect : Direct (NDM) for secure and reliable data transfers.
• Financial services domain expertise : Apply knowledge of advisory products to design solutions aligned with industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, application developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in database security, backup, and disaster recovery planning.
