[job_card.job_description]Stable, year-round freight and consistent schedules Paid training program for new CDL graduates who meet the 120-hour training requirement (fully paid three-to-five week program as appropriate) Competitive weekly pay range of $1,400 to $1,800 (exact pay based on experience and route) Safety and performance bonus opportunities Reliable home time : weekly or every other week depending on fleet assignment Day-one benefits : medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match after eligibility Paid time off and paid holidays Company-paid life and AD&D insurance Pet and rider policies Paid orientation and ongoing driver support Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT and company policies Transport no-touch dry van freight, executing scheduled pickups and deliveries Maintain accurate ELD records, trip reports, and DVIRs Perform and document daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Communicate professionally and proactively with dispatch, customers, and team members Valid Class A CDL Recent CDL school graduates with at least 120 hours of training qualify for the paid training program; experienced drivers are also encouraged to apply Satisfactory driving record and demonstrated safety orientation Able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
Position based in Joliet, IL. 10-4 Logistics USA is recruiting full-time W-2 Entry Level CDL A Truck Drivers for OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I-35. This entry-level opportunity is intended for recent CDL graduates and drivers with limited experience; a paid training program and mentor support are provided for qualified candidates. Drivers operate assigned late-model tractors and receive comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.

- Typical freight : No-touch dry van; approximately 70% drop-and-hook for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
