We have a large SAAS client who is looking for a hybrid contract recruiting coordinator. You will be required to come into the office in Atlanta three days a week. This contract is for a minimum of six months with the potential to be extended.
Responsibilities :
- Schedule and coordinate approximately 100 interviews per week ensuring efficient use of hiring managers time and providing a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates addressing their queries and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and adjust scheduling priorities accordingly.
- Coordinate and schedule phone screens video interviews and on-site interviews (if applicable) using tools such as G Suite Greenhouse and Calendly.
- Prepare and distribute interview schedules candidate resumes and other relevant materials to interviewers.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information.
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires including coordination of necessary paperwork and scheduling of orientation sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
