Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $210,000 - $225,000
• Health Insurance - Multiple plans to choose from
• Dental and Vision Insurance
• Student Loan Repayment - $50,000 - $100,000
• Retirement package - 403b with 3% match
• 15 days of Paid Time Off for the 1st year
• 7 paid holidays plus 2 floating days
