This position is for a full-time Internal Medicine Physician role at a 25-bed critical access hospital in New Hampshire. The physician will manage 15-20 adult patients each day and will be responsible for providing comprehensive care while reporting to the Practice Leader. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with an active NH license and preferably have 2-5 years of experience.

Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm

Call Ratio- 1 : 5

25-bed critical access hospital

15-20 patients seen per day

Adult Medicine : 18+

Provider would report to Practice Leader / SVP HR

Board Certified or Board Eligible MD (ABIM) - REQUIRED

Active NH license - PREFERRED

2-5 years of experience (clinical leadership desired and a plus) - PREFERRED

Compensation and Benefits :

• Competitive compensation, including wRVU productivity. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.

• Up to $19,000 relocation / rental assistance if applicable
