Licensed Practical Nurse - Flexible Shifts

Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and make a difference in the lives of our residents. In this role, you will :

• Administer medications and treatments as per the established medical and nursing care plan.
• Work closely under the guidance of the Head / Charge Nurse to deliver exceptional nursing care.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate residents' behavior, symptoms, and progress, discussing your findings with the Nurse Manager / Charge Nurse.
• Administer and document medications in accordance with policies, procedures, and physician's orders.
• Perform treatments based on specific physician orders while adhering to established protocols.
• Communicate any necessary changes to medications or treatments to the Nurse Manager / Charge Nurse.
• Order prescribed medications and ensure timely notification of any changes, including discontinuations, to the pharmacy.
• Confirm the accuracy of medications and dosages received from the pharmacy.
