Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable processes and systems for revenue growth
Create dashboards and reports for real-time visibility into performance metrics

Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related strategy / analytics roles
Experience in high-growth, B2B SaaS, or media-tech environments preferred
Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM and sales analytics
Proven experience with modern sales enablement tools and AI / automation platforms
Strong command of sales metrics and methodologies, including forecasting and pipeline management
