A company is looking for a Database Designer for a full-time remote role with a Medical software company.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve design flaws and normalization issues in current database structures
Redesign and consolidate schemas to enhance scalability, maintainability, and performance
Collaborate with developers to align application features with the data model and document design decisions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in database design, data modeling, or a related role
Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including schema design and T-SQL queries
Experience in normalizing databases and consolidating schemas in production environments
Familiarity with data modeling tools such as ER / Studio or SQL Server Data Tools
Understanding of relational database theory and best practices for OLTP environments
