Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of literature reviews and support behavioral research projects
Create strategy briefs and collaborate with team members to define intervention content and features
Review existing solution content to identify and implement improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a behavioral science field (e.g., psychology, public health, behavioral economics)
3-5 years of relevant industry experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Background in healthcare or experience designing digital health interventions is preferred
Familiarity with inferential statistics and behavioral research methods is a plus
