As a customer Service Representative you will directly assist every newly signed client by ensuring that they have a comprehensive understanding of our products, facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.

Additionally, they are accountable for delivering excellent customer service to both existing clients and potential new customers. They manage policy change requests, stay updated on product information, and address any inquiries from clients.

• Answer incoming phone calls.
