This company is headed up by strong leadership who have worked at tier 1 firms and have the backing of 2 very prominent VC firms.

The firm are still early into its journey and you will be one of the first operations hires - you will have scope to shape this role and department how you see fit - this is a high impact role.

Some of your main reasonability's will be to turn messy, manual processes into reliable, measurable AI powdered insights. This could be building integrations to CRMS, Data Warehouses, ERPs and more. You can this through no code platforms like Zapier, Relay, Lindy or you can script yourself with Python.

They are looking for people who can work fast and can build practical solutions.

The firm will pay up to $350k basic salary + potential for profit share.
